Billing and Payment.
All fees for the Services shall be in accordance with HostGarage's fee schedule then in effect, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference, and shall be due at the times provided therein. A $15.00 late fee will apply to accounts past due more than ten (10) calendar days from the due date. HostGarage may, with 30 days notice to Customer, amend the Services and/or the rates and fees it charges for the Services. Fees for renewal periods after the Initial Term shall be due and owing immediately upon the first day of such renewal period. HostGarage may impose a debt service charge equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the overdue balance (or such lesser amount as may be required by law) for each month or fraction thereof the overdue amount remains unpaid. In addition, in the event that any amount due HostGarage remains unpaid twenty (20) days after such payment is due, HostGarage, in its sole discretion, may immediately terminate this Agreement, and/or withhold or suspend Services. There will be a $50.00 charge to reinstate accounts that have been suspended or terminated. All taxes, fees and governmental charges relating to the Services provided hereunder (other than income taxes of HostGarage) shall be paid by Customer. All hosting account customers that wish to terminate there services with HostGarage will need to notify HostGarage 30 day's prior to termination from there last paid billing date.

Customer agrees that HostGarage may pre-charge Customer's fees for the Services to the credit card supplied by Customer during registration.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is an agreement between HostGarage ("HostGarage") and the party set forth in the related order form incorporated herein by reference (together with any subsequent order forms submitted by Customer, the "Order Form"), and applies to the purchase of all services (collectively, the "Services") ordered by Customer on the Order Form. Such party is referred to in this Agreement as "Customer" or "you". PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING ON THE BUTTON ON THE ORDER FORM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING HostGarage'S USAGE POLICY. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. HostGarage reserves the right to reject this Agreement for any reason or no reason, prior to acceptance thereof by HostGarage. Activation of the Services shall indicate HostGarage's acceptance of this Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, HostGarage will provide to Customer the Services selected by Customer set forth on the Order Form.

We do not rent our mailing list to 3rd parties.

We only send email and snail mail to those who have elected to receive it from us or on behalf of our partners. You can opt-out of receiving these notices by logging into the customer information area from the "manage your account" section.

If we find that any account with us is being used for the purpose of sending spam, we take action to shut it down as soon as possible.

Domain name registration information legally has to be available to the public. Since domain name registration information is available to the public, anyone can access it through "whois" searches. The Whois database is a publicly accessible database that lists the domain name and content information of each registrant. The domain name registration you provide is hosted by us to the public . At times our customers may have been included within searches of the whois database. However, the spam they receive does not in any way come from HostGarage.com. 

We will never give any information about you to others without your express permission. For example, we will supply your domain information to the domain name registry to enable the registration of your domains or if a problem arises within your domain name registration. Our site uses forms in which you give us contact information (like your name, address, and email address) so you can place orders, request information and support, and make product suggestions. We use your customer information only when it will be important for us to contact you regarding functionality changes to our products, our web site, new HostGarage.com services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. We use information gathered about you from our site for statistics (for example your IP address, and referring urls) to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Updating Your Information - As a customer of HostGarage.com, you may alter your customer information or opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at any time. We have the following options for changing and modifying your customer information.

Sending Emails - We use emails to communicate with you, to confirm your placed orders, and to send information that you have requested. We also provide email links, as on our "About HostGarage.com" page, to allow you to contact us directly. We strive to promptly reply to your messages.

The information you send to us may be stored and used to improve this site and our products, or it may be reviewed and discarded. However, your information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit permission.

Service Provider - We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These types of companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Contest - From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level).
